No, we do not participate in that program.
Are utilities included?

Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared common spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?
Once you apply for the apartment of your choice and are approved, the unit is removed from the market. The apartment is held for the move in date you select at application.
Is renter's insurance required?
Liability insurance is included in the resident service fee. Personal coverage is recommended but not required.
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term platforms such as AirBnB or VRBO.
What are the hours of the clubhouse?
8AM-10PM
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
No pool on property.
What are the hours for the fitness center?
24 hours
Are BBQ grills available?
Yes, we have grills for resident use.
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
Yes, they are internet/cable ready. The resident would set that up directly with AT&T.
How do I get my packages? Do you have package lockers?
We are currently working on a package room with fob access.
What is the smoking policy?
No smoking on property.
What is the parking situation?
We have a 2-story garage for residents with some spots that can be reserved.
Do you allow pets; if so do you have pet amenities?
| Yes, up to two pets on the lease. A 24-hour Dog Park is available. Our community was designed with people who rent with pets in mind. A maximum number of two (2) pets are permitted per apartment unit provided the required pet deposit, pet fee and monthly pet rent is paid. Pet weight must not exceed 99 lbs. with restrictions on all aggressive breeds including, but not limited to the following breeds, Akita Inu, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bandogge, American Bulldog, Basenji, Boew Boel, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Caucasian, Chow, Doberman Pinschers, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Gull Dong, Huskies, Perro de Presa Canario, Pitbull, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Tosa Inu, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Wolf Mixes, and any mixes thereof. Other animals, including but not limited to the following are not permitted as pets at this Community: Poisonous Animals (i.e. spiders, snakes); and/or, other Exotic Animals (i.e. primate, iguana, ferret, sugar gliders, snakes). For more comprehensive literature regarding this Community’s pet policies, please inquire with a leasing representative. |
